30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

You must provide proof of purchase or your order receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cameraviceshop@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Partial Refunds

Items that were sold as new and are returned opened or with missing original packaging may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at cameraviceshop@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at cameraviceshop@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: sale items and gift cards.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, and proof of purchase is required.
